When to Make This
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F. If using a pizza stone, heat it in the oven.
- Stretch or roll dough to your preferred thickness on a floured surface.
- Spread Mr. Levi’s Mild Soul Sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a small border.
- Layer mozzarella, then smoked gouda. Add chicken and red onion on top.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
