BBQ pizza isn’t new. BBQ pizza made with a sauce that actually has character — that’s the difference. The Mild’s apple cider vinegar base cuts through the richness of smoked gouda in a way that tomato sauce never could.

This is Levi’s Friday night move. Simple ingredients, real depth. The chicken takes on the sauce as it bakes, the gouda melts into it, the red onion caramelizes at the edges. It’s the kind of pizza you make once and then make every week.

“Best of north and south. The sauce brings something to every dish it touches.”

Use store-bought dough if you want — the sauce is where the flavor is. Stretch it thin for a crispier result. Don’t skimp on the gouda.
