This one gets people. When Levi says the sauce works on everything, most people nod politely. Then they try the Bloody Mary and they stop nodding and start asking questions.

Four ounces of Spicy Soul Sauce as the base — replacing your Worcestershire, your hot sauce, your tomato juice blend. The Spicy variant’s apple cider vinegar base gives the drink a tartness that standard Bloody Mary mix can’t replicate. The heat hits at the end, clean and without the metallic note of bottled hot sauce.

“An everything sauce means everything. Including Sunday brunch.”

Make a big batch of the mix (minus the vodka) the night before. Refrigerate overnight. The flavors develop significantly. Add vodka to order. Garnish heavily — this is a showpiece drink.

SkillBeginner — stir and pour
  1. Combine Spicy Soul Sauce, horseradish, smoked paprika, and lemon juice in a shaker or tall glass. Stir well.
  2. Add vodka. Stir again to combine.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the mixture over.
  4. Garnish with celery stalk, lemon wedge, and olive. Add a pinch of smoked paprika on top.
  5. Taste and adjust — more horseradish for heat, more lemon for brightness, more Soul Sauce for depth.
  6. Serve immediately. Keep extra Spicy Soul Sauce on the table.
